As a personal trainer with over two years of experience and a current NASM-CPT, I am committed to empowering individuals on their fitness journey. Specializing in flexibility/mobility, weight loss, and women’s fitness, I bring a unique perspective, having transformed my own life a decade ago. At 287lbs, I embarked on a transformative path through CrossFit, shedding 100 pounds. Yoga further refined my journey, contributing to an additional 30-pound weight loss, and increased strength. Grounded in an educational coaching philosophy, my aim is to guide and inspire clients toward sustainable health and wellness transformations.
With Lehmann Training, I wanted to redefine fitness as a personalized journey.  With virtual, partner, and 1:1 training options, my approach is rooted in inclusivity and education, ensuring everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels empowered.
